1 General Provisions

bdjlt (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform", "we", or "Company") is an online betting and casino service provider. This website operates under the bdjlt.cam domain and primarily provides services in Bengali for users in Bangladesh.

2.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

3 Age Limit and Eligibility

bdjlt offers new members a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. A minimum deposit of ৳500 is required to receive this bonus. The wagering requirement for the bonus is 15 times (initial deposit + bonus).

For example: if you deposit ৳2,000, you will receive a ৳3,000 bonus (total ৳5,000). Before withdrawing, you must wager ৳5,000 × 15 = ৳75,000.

5.2 General Bonus Terms

• Each promotion has its own duration and terms.
• Bets placed with bonus funds will only be counted on eligible games.
• It may not be possible to have multiple bonuses active at the same time.
• We reserve the right to cancel a bonus if abuse is suspected.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — only winnings after the wagering requirements have been met are withdrawable.

5.3 VIP Cashback Program

We have three VIP tiers for regular players: Bronze, Silver, and Gold. The Bronze tier offers up to 0.4% weekly cashback, the Silver tier up to 0.8%, and the Gold tier up to 1.2% weekly cashback. Players can advance to the next tier through continued activity.

6 Betting and Gaming Rules

6.1 General Betting Rules

All bets on bdjlt are considered final once confirmed. We reserve the right to void any bet where incorrect odds were displayed due to a technical error.

• The outcome of every bet is determined by a fair and transparent algorithm.
• For cricket and sports betting, official tournament results apply.
• The refund policy for cancelled or postponed matches is determined based on the circumstances.
• If an internet connection is lost during live betting, any previously confirmed bets will remain valid.

6.2 Maximum Win Limits

A maximum win amount may be set for specific games and betting events. This limit is subject to change and will be stated in the details of each game or event.

6.3 Technical Issues

Our records shall be considered final in determining the outcome of incomplete game sessions caused by server errors, game engine issues, or network disconnections. bdjlt is not responsible for losses caused by such technical issues.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited. If discovered, the account will be immediately closed and all winnings may be forfeited:

• Creating multiple accounts from the same individual or household.
• Coordinated betting ("arbitrage") between different accounts to meet bonus requirements.
• Playing games or placing bets using automated software, bots, or scripts.
• Using the platform for gambling-related money laundering.
• Gambling with a credit card, borrowed funds, or money obtained illegally.
• Attempting to breach the platform's security systems.
• Engaging in fraudulent behaviour towards other users.
• Creating an account with false information or attempting to avoid verification.

8 Account Suspension and Closure

8.1 Company Rights

bdjlt reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account, for any reason and without prior notice, particularly in the following cases:

• Violation of the terms and conditions.
• Fraudulent or suspicious activity.
• Failure to complete identity verification.
• Evidence of being a minor.
• Legal or regulatory obligations.

8.2 User Rights

You may request to close your account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon account closure, the net balance in your account (excluding any bonus funds where wagering requirements have not been met) will be returned, subject to all verifications being completed.

9 Limitation of Liability

The bdjlt platform is provided on an "as is" basis. We endeavour to ensure the service runs smoothly, however we are not responsible for the following:

• Disruption to bets or game sessions due to loss of internet connection.
• Issues caused by third-party game software providers.
• Losses caused by faults in your device or software.

Our total liability will never exceed the balance currently held in your account.
